The company was started in 1996 by Stephen Brear. The company soon developed a reputation for undertaking residential survey work and residential projects locally to Banbury.
The practice developed a good reputation working on MoD building projects, undertaking design reviews of multi million pounds schemes.
Originally commencing in offices overlooking the historic Banbury Cross the practice moved offices in late 2014 to the Alscot Estate at Atherstone on Stour near Stratford upon Avon. Now positioned in a rural setting the offices have a fantastic outlook over the Vale of Evesham and, in the distance the Malvern Hills.
Our experience has also broadened with work being undertaken across the full spectrum of Building Surveying duties and for a very wide range of commercial clients.
In 2008 we extended our skills into Energy Performance Certificates. Stephen was one of the first assessors qualified to provide EPC’s in England and Wales. We extended our skills to providing EPC’s in Scotland in 2015.
